The concept
The spirit of this challenge is to produce a piece of low-budget theatre or performance art, and to have as much fun as is possible.
In groups of 1-8 people, the participants will produce an original 10-15 minute performance piece, using a maximum of $20 of their earth dollars. It may be spent on one or all of the following: props, costumes, effects, lights, advertising, etc. The rest can be begged or borrowed. They will have approx. one month to produce this piece. This includes the time it takes to devise/write, rehearse, and promote and invite audience members
The plays will be performed as a One-Evening-Only event.
